Turn Leadership into Momentum; Build a Club Where People Thrive and Performance Follows at Fitness First’s Flagship – Richmond Platinum
The Opportunity
At Fitness First, our clubs are more than places to train - they’re communities where people show up to become stronger, healthier and more confident. As Club Manager, you’ll set the tone for that experience every single day, leading one of our flagship Richmond Platinum club - a 4000sqm premium fitness destination designed to inspire.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an aspirational, multi-offer club environment featuring a Reform Pilates studio, dedicated Performance Zone, Revive Wellness Centre, and extensive group fitness facilities. It’s a space built for excellence, and it needs a leader who can bring it to life.
Leading a passionate and collaborative team, you’ll create an environment where both people and performance thrive. You’ll coach and develop your team, build a positive high-performance culture and empower your leaders to grow - all while delivering an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the doors.
This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the club’s commercial success and operational performance. From driving membership growth and retention to ensuring the club runs seamlessly day to day, you’ll balance strong business leadership with genuine care for your people and members.
Leading from the front, you’ll champion outstanding service, create energy on the gym floor and inspire your team to help members stay motivated and committed to their goals.
Because when a club is led with energy, purpose and belief in its people, it becomes more than a gym - it becomes a place where lives change.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
- Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
- Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns

- Experience in managing budgets, monitoring & reporting on P&L
- A passion for fitness and sales
